Performance Parameters:
The high pressure chamber of the oxygen pressure reducing valve is connected to the cylinder and the low pressure chamber is the gas outlet and leads to the use system. The indication value of the high pressure gauge is the pressure of the gas stored in the cylinder. The outlet pressure of the low pressure gauge can be controlled by the adjusting screw.
When in use, first open the cylinder main switch, and then turn the low pressure gauge pressure adjustment screw clockwise, so that it compresses the main spring and drive the membrane, spring pads and the top rod and open the valve. In this way, the imported high-pressure gas enters into the low-pressure chamber by throttling and depressurization in the high-pressure chamber, and leads to the working system through the outlet. Turn the adjusting screw to change the height of the valve opening, so as to adjust the amount of high-pressure gas through and reach the required pressure value.
Pressure reducing valves are equipped with a safety valve. It is a device to protect the pressure reducing valve and make it safe to use, and it is also a signaling device for the malfunction of the pressure reducing valve. If the outlet pressure rises on its own and exceeds a certain permissible value due to valve gasket, valve damage or other reasons, the safety valve will automatically open to exhaust.


Method Of Use:
There are many specifications for oxygen pressure reducing valves according to the different requirements for use. The highest inlet pressure is mostly, the lowest inlet pressure is not less than 2.5 times of the outlet pressure. Outlet pressure specifications are more, generally, the highest outlet pressure is.
When installing a pressure reducing valve, it should be determined whether its connection specifications are consistent with the cylinder and the connectors of the system in use. Pressure reducing valve and cylinder with hemispherical connection, by tightening the nut to make the two coincide. Therefore, the two hemispherical surfaces should be kept polished to ensure good gas tightness when in use. High pressure gas can be used to blow away dust before installation. If necessary, materials such as PTFE can also be used as a gasket.
Oxygen pressure reducing valve should be strictly prohibited from contacting grease to avoid fire accident.
When stop working, the pressure reducing valve should be released, and then loosen the adjusting screw to avoid long time pressure deformation of the elastic element.
The pressure reducing valve should avoid impact and vibration, and should not be in contact with corrosive substances.
