Technical Specifications

Main Performance:

Blast resistance performance is qualified, each of the 13 consecutive blast resistance performance test can stop the fire.
Burning performance is qualified, burning test 1 hour without tempering phenomenon.
Shell hydrostatic test is qualified.

Structural Characteristics:

This product has reasonable structure, light weight and corrosion resistance. Easy maintenance and installation. The flame arrestor core is made of stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
It is suitable for combustible gas pipeline, oil storage and irrigation or torch system, gas purification system, gas analysis system, coal mine discharge system, heating furnace fuel gas pipeline network, also available in acetylene, oxygen, nitrogen, natural gas pipeline supplies. This valve can be used together with breathing valve or separately.
Oxygen flame arrestor can prevent the flame from continuing to spread and force the flame to extinguish one of the factors is the role of heat transfer. The flow direction marking on the flame arrestor must be consistent with the medium flow direction.
It should be inspected every half a year. Check whether the flame arrestor is blocked, deformed or corroded and other defects.
Re-installation of the firestop, should be updated gasket and confirm that the sealing surface has been clean and undamaged, no air leakage.
The blocked firestop layer should be cleaned to ensure that each orifice is smooth, for deformation or corrosion of the firestop layer should be replaced.
When cleaning the core parts of the flame arrester, high pressure steam, non-corrosive solvents or compressed air should be used to blow, and sharp hardware should not be used for brushing.
