Standards And Norms

The ball valves are designed in accordance with ISO14313 and API 6D international standards to meet the stringent requirements of high-pressure pipeline systems such as oil and gas. These standards ensure the stability of the ball valve in complex and severe working conditions, and are widely used in various industrial environments, especially for long-distance pipelines carrying oil and gas.

The simple and compact structure of the ball valve provides excellent sealing performance and low operating torque. In the process of operation, it can easily realize efficient sealing, not easy to leak, and at the same time to ensure the smooth flow of fluid, reduce energy consumption and operating difficulties.

The all-welded body design ensures that the valve will not leak during use. The use of low leakage packing ensures that the valve maintains excellent sealing under high pressure and high temperature environments. Fireproof, anti-static and anti-stem blowout designs. The fireproof design maintains the sealing of the ball valve at extremely high temperatures; the anti-static function eliminates the risk of static buildup; and the anti-stem blowout design increases equipment safety by preventing the stem from being blown out due to excessive internal pressure.

There are various valve seat configurations such as double blocking and double row, one side piston and one side automatic pressure relief and two side pistons, etc., which can be flexibly selected according to the specific application requirements. This combination of functions enhances the control capability of the valve and is particularly suitable for piping systems requiring double protection.

Extended stem and bonnet structure design can be adapted to specific environments such as deep wells, underground, etc., which is easy to operate and maintain, and at the same time increase the protection to avoid wear and tear or failure of the equipment due to environmental factors.

Stainless steel can be over-welded on the surface of the valve body, valve seat or gasket support ring to provide excellent corrosion resistance. Even after prolonged use in underground environments, there is no internal corrosion, making it ideal for petrochemical and natural gas pipeline systems, providing long-term protection in critical application scenarios.
